Product description
P-Series products are specialized high performance engine oils for high-power methanol compression ignition engines. They can effectively resist corrosion and rust caused by the methanol fuel, and extend the service life of the engine and its components.
Features and benefits
1. Excellent corrosion and acid resistance to prevent engine corrosion caused by formic acid produced during methanol combustion.
2. Low ash content, high Total Base Number (TBN), and excellent TBN retention.
3. Superb heat resistance, oxidation stability and detergency-dispersancy to reduce piston deposit.
4. Exceptional wear protection to minimize bearing wear.
5. Good stability and low-temperature fluidity to ensure reliable performance under extreme conditions, including high temperatures, high altitude (low pressure), and severe cold.
6. Extended oil change intervals to reduce maintenance costs and time.
Applications
Recommended for use in methanol compression ignition engines.
