Product Description
ZONA HFDU is based on high-performance synthetic esters fortified with functional additives. It delivers outstanding flame resistance, excellent anti-oxidation and shear stability to effectively protect equipment from wear under harsh operating conditions, such as high temperature and high pressure.

Applications
1. Suitable for hydraulic systems requiring flame-resistance in various sectors, including steel industry, ceramic manufacturing, coal mining and machinery industry. The following are examples: the continuous casting production line in steelworks, fire-hazardous hydraulic systems in blast furnaces, furnace breakers, hot rolling mills and foundries.
2. Engineered to replace mineral-oil-based anti-wear flammable hydraulic fluid, and phosphate ester flame-resistant hydraulic fluids.
3. HFDU is compatible with various metals and well protects them, such as steel, iron, iron alloy and aluminum (lead excepted). Good compatibility with paint, elastomer sealing materials. It also offers good compatibility with elastomer that are suitable for use with mineral oils.
