Product Description
TSINGDOC marine cylinder oil is formulated from paraffin-based mineral oils and fortified with selected high-performance additives. It is suitable for low-speed marine diesel engine cylinders operating on bunker fuel with a sulfur content of up to 3.5%.

Features and benefits:
1. Sufficient Total Base Number (TBN) effectively neutralizes acidic substances produced from the combustion of high-sulfur fuels.
2. Exceptional load-carrying capacity reduces metal-to-metal friction and wear to extend engine components’ service life.
3. Maintains optimal viscosity and fluidity at high temperatures, enabling rapid distribution across the cylinder liner surface to form a tenacious lubricating film that minimizes wear.
4. Excellent detergency and dispersancy effectively prevent deposit formation in the piston ring groove and the cylinder liner air port.
Applications:
1. H5040 for low-speed marine diesel engine cylinders using fuel below 2.5% sulfur.
2. H5070 for low-speed marine diesel engine cylinders using fuel below 3.5% sulfur.
Package:
200L metal drums, or customized packaging according to customer requirements.
