Product Description
RQ5000 overspeed quenching oil is formulated by paraffin base oils in a narrow fractionated range, with additives such as coolant, antioxidant which contains special component.
Features and Benefits:
1. Rapid cooling providing excellent cooling stability when machining large workpieces in bulk.
2. Strong thermolysis resistance and oxidation stability to prevent large quantities of sludge in long term use.
3. high and uniform workpiece surface hardness, deep hardening layer and low workpiece deformation.

Applications
1. Suitable for group oil-quenching tanks, closed oil tanks and continuous oil tanks, etc.
2. Suitable for large forging steel, automobile forging steel, screw nuts, plate and coil springs and various operating tools.
3. Optimum working temperature: 20-80℃.
