Product Description
TSINGDOC 5026 is a hindered phenolic antioxidant designed for engine oils and industrial lubricants. It enhances oil oxidation resistance and provides excellent protection for lubricant formulations.
Features and Benefits
1. Exceptional control of deposits and sludge produced by oil oxidation, thereby extending oil drain intervals.
2. Effectively inhibits deposits formation in engine oil TEOST 33C / MHT-4 oxidation bench tests.
3. Low volatile ensures exceptional properties during long-term use at high operating temperatures.
4. Exhibits synergistic effects with both Zinc Dialkyldithiophosphate (ZDDP) and alkylated diphenylamine antioxidants.
5. Offers good solubility, easily soluble in Group I, II mineral oils and various synthetic base oils such as Group III, CTL, PAO, esters, etc.
6. Delivers excellent low-temperature fluidity and is ashless, enabling it suitable for use in engine oils requiring low sulfated ash, phosphorus, and sulfur (low SAPS) formulations.
