Product Description
RQ quick bright quenching oil is formulated from highly refined mineral oil with highly efficient quenching accelerators, brighteners and antioxidants.

Applications
1. Suitable for quenching low-carbon alloy steels, carburizing alloy steels, and medium to large sections such as gears, shafts, and bearings manufactured from GCr15 steel.
2. Also used for quenching medium-carbon steel, other types of alloy tool steels, and stacked components.
Optimum operating temperature range: 20–80°C.
